B-Vitamine sind wichtige Regulatoren und Aktivatoren im Stoffwechsel. So trägt z. B. Biotin zu einem normalen Stoffwechsel von Makronährstoffen (Fette, Eiweiß, Kohlenhydrate) bei. Bestimmte B-Vitamine, welche sich im Komplex synergistisch verhalten, sind auch an der Blutbildung und der Versorgung des Nervensystems beteiligt. B-Complex Plus vereint alle acht B-Vitamine – ideal dosiert für den erhöhten Bedarf bzw. bei zu geringer Aufnahme über die Ernährung.
