Who rests, rusts
Our joints, bones, muscles, tendons and nerves form a sophisticated movement system that is highly efficient and constantly regenerates itself when you are physically active.
Without physical activity, muscles in particular are reducted and the synovial fluids and fascia change their physical gel properties due to fluid degeneration. Lack of exercise is the biggest problem for our musculoskeletal system. Back pain, joint pain and osteoporosis are known consequences.
Unfortunately, not everyone, especially those with illnesses or physical disabilities, is able to keep fit, which often affects older people. Here, too, a healthy diet rich in vital substances is very important in order to avoid undersupply of joints and bones.
